Yellow cab driver disrespect
I called at 10:30 on 3/14/25 for a cab. My planned trip was cancelled twice.
I get a notice that they charged my account $25.00. I called and rebooked trip. When Ali picked me up he did not have my destination already in GPS. I gave him the address and he told me he had no desire to pick up a person from Bothell WA(suburb of Seattle).
I told him my car was in the shop. I had no choice but get a cab. I told him I had received notice that Yellow Cab took $25.00 out of my account for this ride. He said no and pulled over to side of road saying I had to pay him in cash or I was getting out.
I knew from previous trip to this location the price was under $20.00, so I already had a twenty in my hand which I showed him. He.rudely told me he wasnt speaking to me anymore. Arriving at my destination, he missed the turn into the building. I showed him my bank notification that indeed $25.00 had been taken out of my account.
He said to call Yellow Cab but I couldnt get through via phone. I am in my 70s and female. I dont believe a male would have been treated the same.
I felt extremely disrespected by the cab driver and the company. I was not rude but when he pulled over and was acting like he was going to put me out of the cab on the freeway, I was scared, angry, and anxious to get away from this driver.

Yellow cab at 1989 Camaro Rd...they are so unprofessional and uncoordinated ...especially a girl (not woman) name Levita I believe thats how you say her name she suppose to know her job as a coordinator ...she will let you start working before all your paperwork comes back then if it cones back after you have already started working and there is a issue...she just make you go home...I would not recommend anyone to work for Yellow Cab in Columbus...underpaid and rude and unexperienced and unprofessional people in office...they dont pay ***

They refused to give me a ride home
My job give me a vto cuz there wasnt any work sooo I called a yellow cab cuz my ride wont be out for lunch til 12 soo I called told her my location at said that Im banned or not allowed for pick up at the location cuz I cancelled too much like what she refused to get a driver to pick me up and the location is not allowed for pick up like bruhhh what sooo rude and disrespectful never I will called yellow cab again if something need to be done with her, her actions and her attitude

Lost my bag in a cab, the help desk was very professional and helpful, ire ie ed my bag back win two hours.

I got scammed by one of your drivers . I have landed in miami interation airport for the first time and i was trying to uber by standing near the yellow cab lane as i am getting wifi reception there and not in uber lane.
one of your drivers Pierre.Rolinx (34109) and asked to pay him 80+ dollers ,He took my luggage and kept in the cab boot before even discussing the fare details and am scared to resist as am first time coming to USA.
I have shown him my destination is 91 miles and i will pay same as uber and he did agree to it and said he will not charge as per the meter only later that i have boarded the cab.
I have seen the meter running and asked him if he is going to charge me according to it and told him that i cannot afford it and if his plan is to charge as per the meter i don't want to continue with that ride.
He said he is not going to charge as per the meter. I did not have any other option as my mobile service provider has issues in activating my data roaming .
Once we reached the destination he demanded and threatened to keep the meter until i pay every penny and he did charged me 7 dollars more just by keep the meter running at my destination.
I have approval upto 100 dollar but ended up paying 308.95 USD. i begged him not to do this as i cannot afford it and asked him to stand by his word.
He took advantage of my situation with his lies and deception.
I am never going to use Yellow cabs again and will inform the same to my friends and family.

Preferred solution: I want Yellow cab company to apologize to me for hiring such drivers and making my first day in US miserable along with refund of 150$.

On 4/15, I had ordered a pick up at 10:15 a.m. When they hadn't come by 10:30, I called.
They drove up while I was calling. I show in my "trips" on my Yellow Cab app that I made two trips to LAX; one at 10:20 and one at 10:30. Not only would that have been impossible, but either way, the original trip was made, if late, and I shouldn't be billed twice. Today, 5/2, My cab was due to arrive "on or about" 2:15 p.m.
as of 2:30 p.m., there was no cab, and when I attempted to call customer service, a bot told me that Yellow Cab was still looking for a cab to pick me up!
I ended up canceling my ride and getting Uber, barely making it to the airport in time to catch my flight. No wonder people hate Yellow Cab!

My house keys fell out my pocket along with my phone, I heard the phone drop, but not my keys. The driver was elderly Asian man.
He picked me at 650 Eddy st 12.19 am . Who can calltoattempt retrieve my keys?
Drivers accepts the pick up, but cancels after seeing that I booked for a round trip. I went through 6 drivers on 3/21/23 before I finally got a driver to come pick me up. All the rest refuse service
To me. They just canceled without explanation.
I had to call back to the dispatcher and let them know that the driver accepted the call but then canceled saying your journey has been completed. My first call was at 3:00am I finally got a ride at 6:00am. That is not good business at all. I was trying to get medicine for my grand baby who was very sick.
This truly upset me that the drivers wont pick up a customer unless the distance is far so they can make as much money as possible. Im disabled and dont drive.
I have no choice but to call a cab when I need a ride. I felt discriminated against.

We bought 2 pizza pies from Yellow Cab Olivare Plaza-Los Baños worth 499.00. The pizzas are not fresh.
Tasted flat, the crust like "cardboard" like your branch sold an old stock! We gave parts of the pizzas to the dogs abd cats outside. Some we kept in the ref to show to the branch when it opens on monday, jan 2, 2023. We are so disappointed Yellow Cab!
Kuya and I are seniors and we thought the pizza pies will add good to our media noche.
We demand refund of the money we paid for to buy those 2 old stock pizza pies! We will never eat in your store)/outlets!

Last night I had experienced a bad encounter with one of your drivers he was very very rude to me and my husband and then I told him that I was going to pay with my card and then he tells me that my card was declined and that's when I called my card and my balance $0.00 which was impossible that's when he took my off my card and then he drove off while i was still in the car.

I was made to pay ridiculous amount of money simply for taking a ride between 2 spots that are less than 2 km. First I moved some stuff when the driver charged me $36.
The next ride I had to simply go back to my place without any stuff and I was being charged $28 but I paid $20. I want these charges explained to me and I need my money back.

Taxicab number 850 Myself and my son's father were driving on the freeway just about 5 minutes ago at 9:35 We've got all the freeway from 5 going towards To commodome when you're cap driver how to cut us off inches about meters hit side Concrete Barrier He continued to keep on driving That was very unprofessional of him We guys speak to him and let him know what hes doing on the Road as far as not known how to even drive thank you.

Your ride is worthless to the drivers who are in this to make money. Round trips and runs to stores are usually low-value wastes of time. Time that can be used to get more lucrative rides.
